Safety tips

On ModelCall you meet people you don’t know yet. These simple steps keep everyone safe.

Before you say yes

• Read everything on the model call. If something is not written, ask in the chat first.
• Look at the person’s profile: how many jobs they did, and what others said.
• Keep your chat inside ModelCall until you are booked, so there is a record.

On the day

• Try to meet in a studio or salon the first time. If it is someone’s home, the model call will say so.
• Tap “Send my trip to someone” to share the address and their number with someone you trust.
• Tell the artist about any allergy or sensitive skin before they start.
• You can leave at any time if you feel uncomfortable. You come first.

Photos

• Photos can only go where the model call says. For paid adverts, the model must say yes again.
• Never take or share photos of someone without their yes.

Not allowed

• Anyone under 18.
• Asking for nude photos, sex, or anything that was not agreed.
• Tattoos, piercings, chemical treatments or anything that can’t be undone.
• Asking models to pay money to take part.

If something goes wrong

Tap “Report” on the person’s profile or on the booking. We read every report and act on serious ones the same day. We can remove people from ModelCall. If you are in danger right now, call 112.
